WELCOME

Dear colleagues and friends,

It is again our great pleasure to announce the 8th Bryan Warren School Pathology that will be held in Sarajevo on November 5-7, 2014 organized by the Department of Pathology, Clinical Centre of the University of Sarajevo and the British Division of the International Academy of Pathology (BDIAP).

The main topic of the School will be lung and mediastinal pathology, both of which represent enormously challenging and important fields. The main lecturers will be two distinguished and well experienced histopathologists: Dr. Paul Cane FRCPath (Guy's & St. Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, London, United Kingdom) and Dr. Michael den Bakker (Maasstad Hospital, Rotterdam, Netherlands)

The School objectives remain the same as all previous years: to give a brief overview of the most important topics in lung and mediastinal pathology and to cover the practical issues, particularly those relevant for young specialists and residents in pathology as well as for clinicians.

We sincerely hope that the School again shall meet your expectations and it will certainly depend on your active participation.

We look forward to meeting you in Sarajevo!
