Dear colleagues and friends,

It is our great pleasure to organize and invite you to attend the Bosnian British School of Pathology which will take place in Sarajevo, 2nd through 4th November 2012. The School now appears under name of the late Professor Bryan F. Warren (1958-2012) who passed away in March 2012. Professor Warren was an outstanding diagnostic pathologist, teacher and researcher and was one of the initiators and organizers of the school and this is the reason why we decided to change the name of the school. Our decision was fully approved by the council of the British Division of the International Academy of Pathology (BDIAP).
The main topic of the School will be pathology of the head and neck, a broad and enormously challenging and important field. The main lecturers will be distinguished and well experienced pathologists: Dr. Roderick HW Simpson (Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, Exeter, Devon, UK), Dr. Ann Sandison (Imperial College and Hammersmith Hospitals, London, UK), Dr. Nina Gale (Medical Faculty, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia) and Dr. Jelena Sopta (Medical Faculty, University of Belgrade, Serbia).
The School objectives remain the same: to give a brief overview of the most important topics in head & neck pathology and to cover the practical issues, particularly those relevant for young specialists and residents in pathology as well as for clinicians.
We sincerely hope that the School again shall meet your expectations and the School shall certainly depend on your active participation.
We look forward to meeting you in Sarajevo!
